REFUND POLICY
1-) 7-Day Free Trial: We offer a 7-day free trial for all new users. You can cancel your subscription at any time during this period through your dashboard or by contacting us, and you will not be charged.
2-) Setup Fees: Due to the intensive manual labor and custom digital architecture required to deploy your unique system, the $500 setup fee is non-refundable once the deployment process has been initiated after the trial period.
3-) Subscription Renewals: Monthly subscription payments ($200) are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges; however, no pro-rated refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the current billing cycle.
4-) Exceptions: Refund requests based on technical failures that prevent the system from operating as described will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
